How to work in personal area

The user account is created after the registration on our website and is available in your account.

Login for the personal account is the email address you provided when registering the client, change the e-mail and therefore the username to log in to a personal account in the future will be impossible.

The personal user account, the description of the vertical menu

  1. Profile — customer information: e-mail specified at registration, your name, phone number, change the password field.
  2. Payers — It contains information about created payers: legal entity, natural person and. You can create additional payers, if the payment can be done by several persons. For us, as the contract-offer the Contractor does not matter, on behalf of whom the payment was made. The important thing is how much money you received to your personal account.

  5. Discounts — It contains information about your discounts.
  6. User settings — point to the settings of visual processing personal account.
  7. ISPsystem licenses — place order “external” ISPsistem licenses.
  8. DNS hosting — point of order dns hosting provider’s name servers: ns1.firstbytedns.com, ns2.firstbytedns.com, ns3.firstbytedns.com
  9. My servers — point of order of virtual servers: OpenVZ SSDKVM SSDKVM SAS.
  10. Domains — point of register domain name.

  16. Add new user — you can create one or more additional users and ask them right. This may be necessary, for example, to allocate a separate account for the system administrator, which requires access to the servers, but do not need access to financial information.

Order virtual server OVZ

Step 1. Select “My servers” (1), hit order (2).

Step 2. Choose from the list the desired server OVZ (3), choose the payment period (4). Services can be filtered using filters (5). Hit order.

We fall on the Options page. Fits the desired domain name (6), select the OS template (7), the amount of IP-addresses (8), select the control panel (9). Check with the order details. Click “Add to Cart”.

Step 3. We fall into cart again to clarify the information. Click “Pay”.

Go to the payment page, choose from the presented methods of payment, click the “Pay”


Order virtual server KVM

Step 1. Select “My servers” (1), hit order (2).

Step 2. Choose from the list the desired server KVM (3), choose the payment period (4). Services can be filtered using filters (5). Hit order.

We fall on the Options page. Fits the desired domain name (6), select the OS template (7), the amount of IP-addresses (8), select the control panel (9). Check with the order details. Click “Add to Cart”.

Step 3. We fall into cart again to clarify the information. Click “Pay”.

Go to the payment page, choose from the presented methods of payment, click the “Pay”


DNS Hosting order

Step 1. Select “DNS hosting” (1), hit order (2).

Step 2. Choose from the list the desired server OVZ (3), choose the payment period (4).

We fall on the Options page. Select the desired number of domains (5). Check with the order details. Click “Add to Cart”.

Step 3. We fall into cart again to clarify the information. Click “Pay” (6).

Go to the payment methods page, choose from the presented methods of payment, click the “Pay”


Add funds

Step 1. Select the option “Add Funds” (1) on the front page billing or payments under finance.


Step 2. Enter the desired amount (2). Choose from the presented methods of payment desired, click to pay.

Step 3. Select the previously created payer (3).

Either create a new (4), select the country (5), select the payer status (6).

Step 4. Fill the column contact (7), click “Next” (8).


Step 5. The amount paid for enrollment, press “To pay” (9).


Virtual private servers panel

  1. Order — here you can order virtual servers.
  2. Edit — here you can get information about the service, add the IP-address to connect the control panel.
  3. Delete — server removal, self removal of the server possible a month after service of the order to remove the server before they are due, please contact customer support.
  4. Password change — password change.
  5. Reboot — server reboot.
  6. IP-addresses — here you can buy and install IPv4- and IPv6-addresses.
  7. Change tariff — change of tariff plan, available only on OVZ tariffs; on KVM tariffs, due to the nature of use virtualization, this feature is not available.
  8. Statistics — statistics server utilization.
  9. Instructions — data access to the server, Root password, and access to external panel server management.
  10. Question — a request to the customer support.
  11. To panel — button to go to the server control panel.

Server Control Panel VMmanager for OVZ plans

  1. Edit — it is purely a reference function for the client.
  2. Restrat — container restart.
  3. Reinstall — you can reinstall the operating system.
  4. Password — password change.
  5. IP-addresses — in this tab you can change the PTR-record.
  6. Information — information about the time of the virtual server installed OS specifications.
  7. History — it contains the history of changes.
  8. Load — it contains visual records of the virtual server load.
  9. ISPmgr — transition in ISPmanager panel (if used).
  10. SSH — entrance to the server console through a browser.

Server Control Panel VMmanager for KVM plans

  1. Edit — it is purely a reference function for the client.
  2. Start — launch of the virtual server.
  3. Stop — stop virtual server.
  4. Restart — restart virtual server.
  5. Reinstall — server reset button with the ability to change the operating system to the desired operating system from the proposed list.
  6. Password — functionality not available.
  7. Disks — in this paragraph, you can connect the ISO image to your server, this functionality is enabled by request.
  8. Interfaces — change the network interface.
  9. IP-addresses — functionality not available.
  10. Filter — functionality not available.
  11. Information — Information about the time of the virtual server operating system installed, the technical characteristics.
  12. Load — It contains a report on the virtual machine load.
  13. Bandwith — It contains a report on the use of the communication channel.
  14. VNC — access to the console on the server VNC protocol.

DNS hosting control panel

Step 1. In “Domain Names” click the button “Add” (1) to create a domain zone.

Step 2. Specify your domain name (2) and IP-address of the virtual server (3). Click the button “OK”

Step 3. Go to the item “Records” (4).
