- A trial period is not provided.
- Free 24/7 support is provided exclusively on the server equipment, communication channels and automated billing panel. We sell non-managed server, this is what allows us to set low prices for servers. We do not provide advice on setting up operating systems, databases, http servers. However, if we see that a certain issue is of interest to a large number of customers, we can prepare an article on this topic.
- The term for automated server installation with Linux (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu) is 15-30 minutes after the order and payment, depending on the chosen operating system.
